Delivery Information

All bouquets are made to order, therefore your bouquet will be despatched on your chosen delivery service on the next working day after we receive your order.

Deliveries to the Medway & Maidstone area (ME postcodes)

If the bouquet is being delivered to the ME postcode area, delivery will be just £3.00 and will be carried out by hand. The website will automatically detect an ME delivery and will show you the available delivery dates. Alternatively, you can choose the ASAP option and we will deliver your bouquet as soon as possible - this is usually within 48 hours.

Deliveries to the rest of the UK (excl. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands etc)

Bouquets are despatched across the UK using Parcelforce. The website will show you the available delivery dates and allow you to select your chosen date. Alternatively, you can select the ASAP option and we will get your delivery to you as soon as we can. In this case, the bouquet usually arrives within 72 hours. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery to a timed service (before 12, before 10) by ticking the appropriate box

Deliveries must be signed for, so please make sure someone will be in at your recipients address. Parcelforce will not leave deliveries with neighbours unless this is specified at the point of order. Parcelforce will not leave deliveries in porches or outbuildings.

What if I miss my delivery?

Parcelforce will leave a card to say that delivery was attempted. They will automatically try and re-deliver the bouquet on the next working day so you only need to contact them if you would like to collect the box or arrange delivery to an alternative address.

Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands etc Delivery

Parcelforce are unable to guarantee a delivery date to these 'remote' areas and rates are higher than normal. The website will detect a 'remote' delivery and show you the appropriate costs. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a chosen delivery date but you can choose which date you would like the bouquet to be despatched. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days.

Can you deliver anywhere else?

We can arrange delivery to the rest of the world either by shipping the bouquet from the UK or via our network of franchises. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation for you.
